DISCLAIMER

 

By participating in any rides with Blue Sky Activities Limited as advertised on their website BlueSkyCycle Tours.com, I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

 

1. The risk of injury from cycling is significant, and while particular skills, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious and potentially fatal injury does exist; and

 

2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of myself or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and

 

3. I know that there will be traffic on route and I agree to ride in a safe manner, obey all traffic laws and adhere to any instructions given by the tour leader on the road. I hereby state that I have no medical condition that would endanger myself or others or would interfere in my ability to participate in tours organised by Blue Sky Activities Limited. My bicycle and equipment are in good working order.

 

4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Blue Sky Adventure Limited, their officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used for the activity,with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property associated with my presence or participation,whether arising from the negligence by myself or others, to the fullest extent of permitted by law.

 

I agree to be bound by the above disclaimer and release.

 

By agreeing to this disclaimer I further grant full permission to Blue Sky Activities Limited and their authorised agents to use any photographs, videos or any other record of this event for promotional purpose.

 

I confirm that I have travel insurance in place, including medical cover for the relevant countries.
